Check our Hip Paris, a favorite blog about the city where I serve as an occasional guest blogger. My review of L'Ourcine, a little bistro in the 13th, ran last week. The chef, Sylvain Daniere, is a disciple of Yves Camdeborde (of Comptoir du Relais fame - another must). Relaxed atmosphere, out of the way spot, serious food at l'Ourcine. Yum.
